Meditative Marks is an art-based active meditation class. Guided exercises to help participants slow down, feel calm and have fun in an intuitively creative way.

To book a place on a class, Meditative Marks may need to collect from you the following details:

• Full name 
• Email address
• Phone number

Information maybe collected by making class bookings via email or telephone.

Class payments will be taken via bank transfer or Paypal, so no monetary details will be stored.

Why the data is collected

• A full name is needed to secure your place in the class.
• An email address will be used and stored for communication about classes and any updates.
• A phone number may be used to make participants aware of any changes at short notice to classes. 

How will the data be stored and protected

Your data will be stored securely via password encrypted folder.

Is the data shared with third parties

No data or personal information will be shared by Meditative Marks to third parties.

How long will your data be kept

Your contact details will be kept for a minimum of 5 years. Should you wish for it to be deleted sooner, please inform Meditative Marks in writing.

Your rights

Should you wish to not come to classes anymore and would like to be taken off any class communications please inform Meditative Marks and your contact details will be deleted.

Your rights under the data protection law include the following:

• Access to your personal data
• Deletion should you wish not to come to class anymore or receive any communications.
• Correction of inaccurate personal data
